These terms apply to books bought direct from kkoob.com. Books bought through Amazon are sold by Amazon under Amazon’s terms.

All prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes applicable to the book. Printed books are nil-rated for GST in India. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you the order confirmation. If we cannot supply a book — because it is out of stock, or because the price shown was wrong — we will tell you and refund you in full. We will not substitute a different book.
We hold small quantities. If a title sells out between your order and our packing, we refund that line in full and dispatch the rest.

The books, their text and their illustrations are the copyright of their publisher. Buying a copy does not transfer any right to reproduce, scan, resell as a file, or distribute the work.
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
