Returns and refunds

This covers books bought direct from kkoob.com. Books bought through Amazon are covered by Amazon’s own returns policy.

Damaged, faulty or wrong book

Email syaheecom@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with the order reference and a photograph. We will send a replacement at our cost, or refund you in full — your choice. You do not need to post the damaged copy back.

Changed your mind

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and return the book unread and unmarked, in resaleable condition, within 14 days. We refund the price of the book once it reaches us. Return postage is yours to pay unless the book was damaged or wrong.

Cancelling before dispatch

Email syaheecom@gmail.com before the order is dispatched and we will cancel it and refund in full.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Once we approve a refund it is issued within 5 working days; how quickly it appears then depends on your bank, and is usually a further 3–7 working days.

What we cannot refund

• Books returned more than 14 days after delivery.
• Books that have been written in, marked, or damaged after delivery — note that the Useful Pages titles are designed to be written in, so they cannot be returned once used.
• Delivery charges, unless the book was damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
