Your book is printed for you. We do not hold a warehouse of stock — each copy is printed in Bengaluru after you order it. That means we never sell you something we cannot supply, and it means we are slower than a warehouse.
Orders are dispatched within 5–7 working days. Delivery is normally 3–7 working days after that, depending on the PIN code. These are working days and exclude public holidays.
We do not offer same-day, next-day or guaranteed-date delivery.
When a parcel is handed to the courier we email the tracking reference to the address on the order.
If a parcel has not arrived within 12 working days of dispatch, email syaheecom@gmail.com with the order reference and we will chase the courier or send a replacement. See Returns and refunds.
We post to the address exactly as entered at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address or phone number was wrong, we will re-send it once you confirm a corrected address; the second delivery charge is payable.
