What we collect

When you order, we collect only what is needed to take payment and deliver a parcel: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. Nothing else.

What we do with it

• Fulfil and deliver your order.
• Send you the order confirmation and tracking.
• Keep the record of sale that Indian tax and company law requires.

Who else sees it

• The courier — name, address and phone, so the parcel arrives.
• Our payment provider — they handle the payment itself. Card and UPI details are entered with them, not with us. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN, or bank credentials.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Marketing

We only email you about the order you placed. We will not add you to a mailing list from a purchase.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your basket is kept in your own browser’s local storage on your device and is never sent to us until you place an order.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires, then deleted.
